What is the best strategy to do it? World bosses are 15 mins respawn, but the legendary chests could be up to 30 mins (I believe it's random between 15-30 mins). afaik all other dungeon bosses have a 15 mins respawn timer except for Thag in The Wine Cellar, which is an hour.
