Dmz exfil streak not working.

I’ve in the past couple of days would delete an operator and it would work for a few games. But I’ve deleted 2 now and it still won’t work. Anyone running into this issue? I’ve tried to do different missions, exfil with different bags, even when I switch operators it doesn’t go up. Anyone have a fix? I would have to delete that operator no matter what streak they were on and start over. After I stopped switching between my operators it would work perfectly. SOOOO I would have to stay on a guy until he was maxed at 10 for it to fix itself.
