Both me and spouse got I485 RFE for medical for two absurb case due to a very bias/bad doctor: a) my spouse case is completely ok, but the doctor did not sign the I-693, hence he's getting RFE to ask doctor to sign it. b) I am also getting RFE for medical because that doctor said the TB skin shows positive.An individual with a pending I-485 can send the sealed medical exam packet in advance and request USCIS to interfile the medical record with the pending I-485 application.
