Peltier marble identification.

by gonemarblin » Fri Mar 08, 2024 4:13 am. I'm pretty sure that the green swirl is Alley it's around 1/2 inch and translucent (though in some parts I can see all the way through it) .. I think it's got AV.. not UV reactive. The blue/red/purple one is a bit larger around 5/8 inch. It's transparent. Peltier Sunset. Clear base, usually lots of bubbles. Red and White ribbons.Here is a group shot of my other Pelts in this category. The subject marble is at the top (and it is fully 11/16" - my mistake in the original post). These are transparent color base marbles with opaque white swirls in them. The pattern must be a transparent color base with opaque white. If the marble is two opaque colors, then it is considered a swirl. Also,the opaque white should be randomly swirled through the marble and the surface.

In this article i am going to cover what a "real" Peltier Citrus is. I have seen far to many Peltier marbles get sold or id'ed as Peltier Citrus when in fact they aren't close to a real Peltier Citrus. In my opinion, you muddy the water and dilute the concentrate of a Citrus marble (pun intended) when you try sticking other mibs in with them..I’ve been separating marbles for about a month now. I’m starting to think I’m in over my head! Thanks again! Keep at it! It took me about seven months to be able to ID mibs accurately beyond Marble King, Pelt (Rainbos and slags only, still struggle with multicolor swirls and patches), and Vitro...
