Honda accord shifter stuck in park.

My Accord was recently in an accident that damaged the 2 driver side doors. I replaced the doors but now the car won't shift into any of the gears (Revers, Drive etc). It's an electronic push button shifter by the way. Had to turn something on the side of the transmission to get it in neutral to have it towed. Pressing the buttons does nothing.
