Unfortunately the only down side to the top tier HoS balance robe is that it gives mana burn instead of a mass prism (considering how there isn’t one for balance) like the other schools ...I would farm for it most definitely, then change out a few pieces for Tartarus gear once you hit 90 or just keep waterworks until darkmoor at 100.
